We are Rose Kitchen – An intimate kitchen in an old garden-view Hanoian villa. Located in the historic Ngoc Ha Ward of Hanoi, our cooking class experience will take you away from the busy streets of Hanoi’s Old Quarter to experience one of the most charming neighborhoods in Hanoi.
Our cooking class experience is for anyone who wants to explore the true authentic recipes of Vietnamese cuisines and their cultural significance.
And since our focus is on the culture, all-level of cooking skills are welcomed at Rose Kitchen
We have 2 class shifts everyday:
EVENING CLASS: 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM (Approx 4 hours and 30 minutes)
Our daily menu includes:
· Grilled Pork with Rice Noodles and Dipping Sauce (Bun Cha)
· Fried Spring Rolls (Nem Ran)
· Banana Flower Salad (Nom Hoa Chuoi)
· Egg Coffee (Ca Phe Trứng)
(Vegetarian/ Vegan alternatives are available for all of our dishes. Our menu is customizable with special/ seasonal dishes as well: Pho/ Vietnamese Traditional Noodle Soup, Cha Ca/ Grilled Fish, Banh Xeo/ Vietnamese Crispy Pancake, Green Mango or Green Papaya Salad, etc.)
Cooking Class Itinerary
· Get to know how to shop for cooking ingredients in a local wet market located in Ngoc Ha Ward
· Learn how to cook signature Vietnamese dishes under guidance of our Cultural Storyteller
· Enjoy your cooking outcome
· Drop-off (around Old Quarter of Hanoi)

· 03 days in advance: Free of charge
· 02 days in advance : 20% of the total cost
· 01 day in advance : 30% of the total cost
· Less than 12 hours in advance : 50% of the total cost
· 04 days in advance : Free of charge
· 03 days in advance : 20% of the total cost
· 02 day in advance : 30% of the total cost
· Less than 24 hours in advance : 50% of the total cost
