Description
In charge of developing plans and proposing business strategies on experiences/tour project for inbound travelers: cooking class, street food tour, coffee & tea tasting experience and some other local experience tours.
Brainstorm, design and develop program/itinerary
In charge of working with local and international partners to promote the programs
Assist with PR/Marketing, content writing (if it is your strength)
Market research for customers and competitors’ insights
In charge of recruitment and training new members for the project team.
Make reports on the business performance.
Other jobs assigned by company.
Qualifications
Great English proficiency
Strong leadership and management skills.
At least 3 years of experience for similar positions.
Good teamwork and negotiation skill.
Experience in tourism/travel, customers experience and marketing/branding is a big plus.
