You will be provided with an immersive experience in traditional Vietnamese cooking and culture. In a small group, receive personalized attention from your guide as you buy ingredients from a local market and create authentic Vietnamese dishes.

What to expect

Our cooking instructor picks you up from your hotel/ meetup location (within Hanoi Old Quarter)

Head straight to a local market to purchase ingredients for the class and learn about produce integral to Vietnamese cuisine

In the kitchen, prepare and cook authentic dishes, then sit down to feast on the fruits of your labor. 

Return to the original departure point after finishing your meal.
